Privacy policy

Data and purpose
DuoBoard processes the photos, clips, drawings, text, display names and board metadata you choose to create or share. An app-generated author identifier associates posts with their author. This data enables editing, history and synchronization between members.
Storage and recipients
Content is stored on your device and in private or shared CloudKit databases operated by Apple through iCloud. Invited board members can access its content. There is no public board directory. The developer does not receive a copy on a separate server and has no ordinary access to your private boards. Apple provides iCloud under its own terms and privacy policy.
Permissions and purchases
The camera is used when you open it. The Photos picker lets you choose images or videos; permission to add to Photos is requested when saving content. Manage permissions in iOS Settings. Apple processes purchases through StoreKit; DuoBoard receives information needed to verify Premium, not your payment card details.
Widget update notifications
In versions supporting widget push updates, a developer-operated service stores Apple notification tokens, a random channel and publication identifiers needed to prevent duplicate updates. It receives no photos, videos, drawings, text, names or iCloud credentials. This data is used only to ask Apple to update the app and widget, never for advertising or tracking.
Tokens expire after 90 days without registration renewal or are removed when Apple invalidates them. Leaving or deleting a board requests removal of that device’s registration. Pending signals are kept for up to seven days to retry connection failures. Content publishing and synchronization continue through CloudKit: a notification-service failure does not block the app or display errors.
Advertising and diagnostics
The app has no advertising, advertising identifiers or third-party analytics SDKs. A local log limited to 60 camera events stores the app version, orientation and durations to diagnose capture issues. It contains no photos, accounts or board identifiers and is not automatically sent to the developer.
Retention and deletion
History and pending posts remain locally available for display and synchronization. Uninstalling the app does not by itself delete iCloud content. Manage shared access using the iCloud invitation options and iCloud data using the storage settings provided by Apple. Contact the developer if you need help removing content or closing a board. Copies saved to another person's photo library remain under their control.
Contact and your rights
If you email support, your address and message are used to answer your request. They are kept as long as needed to resolve it and meet applicable legal obligations. To request access, correction, deletion or other applicable rights, email albertok@me.com. This processing is based on providing the functionality and assistance you request and meeting legal obligations where applicable. You may complain to the relevant data protection authority, including the AEPD in Spain.

These static pages use no cookies, analytics or tracking forms. The server temporarily receives your IP address and browser request information to deliver them. HTTP access logging is disabled. Technical service logs are retained for up to seven days to resolve incidents and operate the service. This website does not host your board photos or videos.
