What you buy

A fixed advertising spot on the wrap covering Alberto Lastres’s MacBook Pro lid, a listing with your image on this website, and the wrap featured in his stories and posts on Instagram @halverto and X @halverto_. The laptop belongs to Alberto; you are not buying an ownership share, investment or prize.

Prices and payment

There are 4 large spots at €350, 8 medium at €175 and 8 small at €95. These are the final amounts payable. Alberto covers printing and applying the wrap at no extra cost. No subscriptions or renewals.

Payment is collected through Stripe when reserving. There is no 60-day card hold or escrow arrangement. The spot is confirmed when Stripe confirms payment.

60 days and a refund guarantee

The campaign has 60 days to reach €3,364 in confirmed payments, excluding refunds and disputed payments. The counter and closing date appear on the homepage. New reservations close 30 minutes before the deadline so checkouts already started can finish on time.

If the goal is not reached when the campaign closes, Alberto Lastres commits to refunding every payment in full to the original payment method. Alberto will process refunds through Stripe; they do not run automatically when the countdown ends. No fees will be deducted from the sponsor’s refund. Processing time depends on Stripe and the bank.

For refund enquiries, email albertok@me.com with the email used at checkout and your spot number. Do not send card numbers.

Artwork and application

You may submit a photo, drawing or logo without having a brand. You confirm your right to use the image and authorize its reproduction on the wrap, website and campaign posts. Dimensions and mockup are approximate; we will confirm the template with the printer. The whole image is fitted without cropping, with margins if its proportions differ. Interior spots are not sold.

Once the goal is reached, the MacBook purchase and wrap production will be coordinated. Alberto will share a photo of the result. Preparation depends on receiving brand files; affected sponsors will be informed of any issues.

Duration and exposure

The wrap stays on while Alberto uses this MacBook. Sponsorship ends when the laptop is permanently retired and does not automatically transfer to another device. If the wrap deteriorates, a solution will be coordinated with the affected participants.

Promotion includes the wrap in stories and posts on Instagram @halverto and X @halverto_. No number of views, clicks, sales or event appearances is guaranteed.

Cancellations and enquiries

To cancel or report an issue, email albertok@me.com. These terms do not limit the buyer’s statutory rights. Illegal logos or content, or those infringing third-party rights, are not accepted; if we cannot provide the sponsorship, the amount will be refunded.

Privacy

Alberto Lastres is responsible for campaign data. The image, spot number and contribution are published after payment confirmation. Contact email is private and sent to Stripe for payment. We store an image copy without camera or location metadata to produce the wrap. Stripe processes payment data; this website does not store card numbers.

Order and contact details are used to manage sponsorship, printing, support, refunds and invoicing obligations. They are retained for the relationship and legally required periods. They are not added to marketing lists. The website uses no tracking analytics or first-party cookies.

You can request access, correction, deletion and other applicable rights by emailing albertok@me.com. You can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency. Stripe applies its privacy policy.

Visit counters

We show total visits since the counter was enabled and an estimate of browsers with the page visible. A random identifier stored in your browser prevents reloads and tabs in the same session from being counted again. It is renewed after 30 minutes of inactivity. The server removes inactive session identifiers when updating the counter and retains the accumulated total. Presence updates every 15 seconds and expires after 45 seconds without a signal. These counters do not store IP addresses, device fingerprints, browsing histories or payment details, and are not shared with external analytics services.

Language preference

We detect your browser language when you enter through the home page and save your language choice in your browser for future visits. You can change it using the ES, EN, FR or DE selector. This preference is not sent to external services.
